Students had an opportunity to get cards and bookmarks
about Ash Davito in the Career Fair Booths. He is an actor, writer and
publisher of children’s books.

The students at Marshall in the Engineering program have the
opportunity to work collaboratively at making robots of all sizes. They all
look forward to building robots for the
big, annual competition at the George R. Brown Convention Center.
Starlic has made another appearance at the MCMS Career Day.
Starlic is a musician that makes his music in “The LAB". As you can see he
encourages our students to "Pursue Your Dreams, and not a JOB!"
Dr. Adams joined us from the Technical Education Center
where she has been a counselor for 13yrs. The Education Center offers courses
in 11 different programs including Fire Fighting. Dr. Adams is accompanied by
two students who are currently in the program. The Technical Education Center
also has courses where students can get credit for high school classes.

for FOX 26, Melinda Spalding shared with students that she wanted to pursue a
profession in education as a 2nd Grade Language Arts Teacher.
Spalding still
aspires to be a teacher after leaving the Television Industry. Melinda Spalding
mentioned that her best experience in TV has been the national exposure and having
the opportunity to meet new people.
